If you miss a dose of brimonidine lotion, apply the missed dose as soon as you remember it. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not apply a double amount to make up for a missed one..

Ans: Rosabril lotion is used exactly as prescribed by your doctor. It is for external use only. It is applied on the skin of the face and does not use on any other areas of the body. Usually, the lotion is applied once a day and does not apply more than 1 g. Make sure you apply a pea-sized amount once daily to each of the five areas of the face and spread a very thin layer of the medicine evenly and smoothly on your skin. Remember to wash your hands after applying the lotion.
2. Can I wear makeup with brimonidine lotion?
Ans: No, you should not apply any skin medicines or cosmetics immediately before applying the medication. You can use other products once the lotion has dried, as this type of application may lead to interactions and may cause your skin to worsen.
3. Why does my face sometimes seem redder after using rosabril lotion?
Ans: It has been seen that this type of effect may only cause some patients to experience worsening of redness, flushing, or burning feeling of the skin. Usually, this worsening is seen within the first two weeks of starting treatment. Normally, it subsides on its own after the medication is stopped, and in most cases, the effect gradually disappears within a few days.
4. Can I use rosabril lotion every day?
Ans: Yes, you can use rosabril lotion every day as long as prescribed by your doctor. Still, do not apply the lotion more than once a day, and do not exceed the maximum dose of 1 g.
