Agoprex tablet belongs to the class of medication called antidepressants. It is also known as a melatonin agonist. It acts as an agonist at melatonin receptors (mt1 and mt2) and as an antagonist at serotonin (5-ht)(2c) receptors. It helps in resynchronizing the sleep-wake cycle that is disturbed in depression. Hepatic impairment (I.E.

Concomitant use of potent cyp1a2 inhibitors (e.G.

You may experience discontinuation symptoms like dizziness, numbness, sleep disturbances, agitation or anxiety, headaches, feeling sick, being sick, and shaking.
