Babies: Safe to use when taken as prescribed by your doctor. Lactating mothers: Brufen-jr syrup is safe to use during breastfeeding.

It may harm the unborn baby. Driving: Brufen-jr syrup may notice dizziness, sleepiness, drowsiness or fatigue as it contains paracetamol which causes sedation.
Do not drive if these symptoms occur. Alcohol: Avoid consumption of alcohol while taking brufen-jr syrup as it may cause dizziness and liver damage.
Kidney: Brufen-jr syrup should be used in caution with patients suffering from kidney disease. Dosage adjustment is required, and regular monitoring of kidney function may be required.

Brufen-jr syrup is the combination of 2 painkiller medications, and it works by inhibiting the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible. If it is near the time of the next dose, then skip the missed dose.
Take the prescribed dose on your regular time daily. Don't double the dose to catch up with the missed dose..
