Coscopin BR Expectorant is a combination of five medicines: Ambroxol, guaifenesin, phenylephrine, chlorpheniramine and ammonium chloride which relieve cough.

Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.
Guaifenesin and ammonium chloride are expectorants which decrease the stickiness of mucus (phlegm) further helping in its removal from the airways.
