If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible. If it is near the time of the next dose, then skip the missed dose.

Serious • Dicophase + Phenytoin: Concurrent use leads to an increase in dicophase levels by decreasing phenytoin. • Dicophase + Carbamazepine: Concurrent use leads to an increase in carbamazepine levels by decreasing dicophase.
Monitor closely • Dicophase + Poliovirus vaccine: Concurrent use leads to an increase in dicophase levels by decreasing poliovirus vaccine. • Dicophase + Aceclofenac: Concurrent use leads to increased risk of gi ulceration.
• Dicophase + Fluconazole: Concurrent use leads to increase in dicophase levels by decreasing fluconazole. • Dicophase + Atazanavir: Concurrent use leads to an increase in dicophase levels by decreasing atazanavir.
