If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible. If it is near the time of the next dose, then skip the missed dose.
Take the prescribed dose on your regular time daily. Don't double the dose to catch up with the missed dose..

• Mecofol + Neomycin: Concurrent use may cause increased mecofol levels in your body and leads to toxicity • Mecofol + Primidone: Concurrent use may decrease the absorption of mecofol • Mecofol + Colchicine: Concurrent use may decrease the excretion rate of mecofol and increases the serum concentration level • Mecofol + Tobramycin: Concurrent use may cause an increased risk of adverse effects.
