MIGREST tablet, works on the region of the brain and controls nausea & vomiting caused due to migraines. it also blocks the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever associated with migraines..

If you miss a dose of MIGREST, take it as soon as possible. If it is near the time of the next dose, then skip the missed dose.
Take the prescribed dose on your regular time daily. Don't double the dose to catch up with the missed dose..

• take your medication on an empty stomach regularly as directed by your physician • migrest tablet can only decrease the number and severity of attacks but may not completely stop them • finish the complete course and do not skip any dose even if you feel better. stopping too early may make the severity of headache, nausea and vomiting • seek immediate medical advice if you experience any unusual side effects from migrest tablet.

• domperidone + azithromycin: concurrent use may cause an increased risk of qt-interval prolongation and arrhythmias • domperidone + tacrolimus: concurrent use may increase the severity of impaired cardiac conduction and also reduce the effectiveness of domperidone • paracetamol + ibuprofen: concurrent use may increase the risk of overdose and lead to paracetamol toxicity • domperidone + amiodarone: concurrent use may decrease the excretion rate of domperidone and increases the serum concentration level.
