It works as an anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, and analgesic. It stops prostaglandin synthesis by competitive blocking of the enzyme cyclooxygenase.
It works by disturbing dna gyrase enzyme ( an essential enzyme that is involved in the replication, transcription and repair of bacterial dna ) thus it kills the bacteria..

If you miss a dose of MILFLOX PLUS, take it as soon as possible. If it is near the time of the next dose, then skip the missed dose.
Take the prescribed dose on your regular time daily. Don't double the dose to catch up with the missed dose..
