Contraindicated • Minicycline + Acitretin: Concurrent use of these drugs leads to increased intracranial pressure • Minicycline + Bcg vaccine live: Minicycline decreases effects of bcg vaccine live by pharmacodynamic antagonism Serious • Minicycline + Aluminum hydroxide: Aluminum hydroxide decreases levels of minicycline by inhibition of gi absorption • Minicycline + Methoxyflurane: Concurrent use of these drugs result in fatal renal toxicity • Minicycline + Calcium carbonate: Concurrent use of these drugs either decreases levels of the other by inhibition of gi absorption.
