If you miss a dose of NEXOVAS CH, take it as soon as possible. If it is near the time of the next dose, then skip the missed dose.

• NEXOVAS CH tablet is prescribed to treat and manage high blood pressure, reducing the risk of heart attacks or stroke. • this tablet may cause dizziness; hence, it is advised to get up slowly when sitting or lying and not to drive or do any machine work that requires concentration.
• dehydration may be caused due to this medication. you need to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
• take this medication four hours before bedtime as it contains a water pill which will make you urinate frequently..

• chlorthalidone + isocarboxacide: highly contraindicated. additive hypotensive effects may be seen when given together.
• chlorthalidone + lofexidine: either increases the effect of others by pharmacodynamic synergism. co-administration may decrease pulse or blood pressure leading to the risk of bradycardia ad hypotension.
• cilnidipine + acarbose: the risk of hypoglycaemia can be increased when co-administered. • cilnidipine + aceclofenac: the risk of hyperkalemia can be increased when co-administered.
