• take NUROLIP OD medication with or without food. if you experience a gastric irritation take it with food.

• altretamine + pyridoxine: concurrent use of this medication may cause altretamine to be less effective • butabarbital + pyridoxine: concurrent use of this medication may decrease serum levels of phenobarbital • phenytoin + pyridoxine: concurrent use of this medication may decrease the effects of phenytoin • acarbose + alpha-lipoic acid: concurrent use of this medication may potentiate the hypoglycemic effect of acarbose • tolbutamide + alpha-lipoic acid: concurrent use of this medication may potentiate the hypoglycemic effect of tolbutamide • cholestyramine + folic acid: concurrent use of this medication may interfere with the absorption of folic acid • lamotrigine + folic acid: concurrent use of this medication may reduce the blood levels of folic acid • ranitidine + methylcobalamin: concurrent use of this medication may interfere with the gastrointestinal absorption of vitamin b12 • chloramphenicol + methylcobalamin: concurrent use of this medication may interfere with the effects of methylcobalamin in the treatment of anemia by impairing bone marrow function.
