Olkem Trio 12.5 Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Olmesartan Medoxomil, Cilnidipine and Chlorthalidone.
Olmesartan Medoxomil is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB).
