Pregnancy: Rexicam capsule is unsafe to use during pregnancy, as this medicine shows definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. Driving: Rexicam capsule unsafe to use while driving, as this medicine can cause dizziness, loss of balance and mental problems and this may affect your ability to drive. Alcohol: Should avoid alcohol consumption with rexicam tablet as it leads to severe liver damage. Kidney: Due to limited data, rexicam tablet should be administered with caution in patients with renal impairment. Liver: The elimination of rexicam may be prolonged in liver disease leading to higher plasma levels and a higher risk of adverse effects.
Should be used with caution in hepatic impairment. .

Serious • Rexicam + Antiplatelets: Concurrent use of rexicam with antiplatelets may increase the risk of bleeding. • Rexicam + Apixaban: Concurrent use of rexicam with apixaban may cause increase in anticoagulation.
• Rexicam + Methotrexate: Concurrent use of rexicam with methotrexate may lead to an increase in the levels of methotrexate by decreasing renal clearance. • Rexicam + Captopril: Concurrent use of rexicam with captopril may significantly decrease renal function.
Rexicam may diminish the antihypertensive effect of captopril. Monitor closely • Rexicam + Amiloride: Concurrent use of rexicam and amiloride may result in increased serum potassium levels.
• Rexicam + Escitalopram: Concurrent use of rexicam with escitalopram may increase the toxicity of others by pharmacodynamic synergism. .
